#Valentina studio copy a form into a new project free
In her free time, Valentina is a keen runner and traveller. Previously, Valentina has worked on Chesterton, Cirencester, a strategic mixed-use neighbourhood comprising up to 2,500 homes and created in partnership with the town itself and Slade End Farm in Wallingford, a sustainable, residential-led, mixed-use scheme which will provide 400 new homes. All have undergone an extensive community engagement process. Alongside this project, Valentina is also contributing to Houlton, Radio Station Rugby, a mixed-use scheme of 6,200 homes, new schools, eateries and community facilities in Warwickshire and Land at Three Elms, an urban extension to Hereford. Her current projects include Mindenhurst, an emerging neighbourhood located in Deepcut, Surrey, providing 1,200 new homes and a range of facilities including a primary school, a sports hub, and a village pub. Working in JTP’s masterplanning team, Valentina works on all stages of the design process of projects, from concept development to preparation of planning applications and design coding.
Valentina is an Associate’s London studio, having joined as Urban Design Assistant in 2016 after completing an MA in International Planning and Sustainable Development at Westminster University.
